We provide our people with regular opportunities to expand their skills and ‘continuing professional development’ is both encouraged and expected. You’ll find that this happens on a daily basis as you work with colleagues who are happy to support you and show you better ways of working. Sparking off each other’s ideas is how we have flourished as a firm.

Formal training is provided and all our lawyers are encouraged to attend relevant conferences and external courses. However we believe that the most valuable professional development comes from close-working with colleagues doing a variety of cutting-edge work and each lawyer undertakes an annual review during which the experience and training requirements for the next year are discussed and planned.
