New standard MOA Saleform underway
The Norwegian Saleform 1993 MOA ("NSF 93") has long been the industry standard used for the sale and purchase of ships. However, as the ship sale and purchase practice has evolved considerably since this form was launched, it has been evident for some time that the standard form would greatly benefit from some revisions and updates to make it more user friendly and suited to today's marketplace. This process is now well underway.
