Offshore drilling rig dispute with major oil company in the United States

We are acting for an offshore contractor in a Commercial Court action concerning the interpretation of a dayrate clause in a drilling contract for a drilling rig.  As the parties’ respective interpretations of the relevant clause have a significant impact on the applicable day rate for the rig, which is contracted under a long term drilling contract, the financial consequences of the case will be significant.
