Our dispute resolution team acts for power generation and supply companies on problems and disputes arising in relation to these industries.
We have particular experience in the construction of power plants, including combined heat and power (CHP) projects, leasing issues, Renewables Obligations and the Climate Change Levy. In a specific UK context the team also has experience of the complex arrangements surrounding connection to the National Transmission System.
