Supreme Court rules in Rainy Sky vs Kookmin Bank
The Supreme Court has finally ruled in the case of Rainy Sky S.A. and Others v Kookmin Bank [2011] UKSC 50 in favour of Greece-based shipowners Metrostar, allowing their claim for payment of US$46,620,000 plus interest under refund guarantees issued by Kookmin Bank.
